The challenge in this Writ Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is to the order dated 7th October 2023 passed by the learned Judge, Small Causes Court at Mumbai below Exhibit-84 in R.A.E. Suit No.352/663 of 2008. 2.

Mr. Akshay Patil, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the said suit itself has been withdrawn unconditionally. He therefore, seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition.
