At the outset, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM respondent Nos.7 and 8 raised objection to the maintainability of this SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM Date: 2024.08.22 10:30:18 +0530 petition on the ground that against the impugned order, review has been filed before the said authority. In response thereto, learned counsel for the petitioner makes statement that an application is moved before the authority for withdrawal of review application which has been objected by these respondents.

Irrespective of the fact as to the making of application for withdrawal, review is still pending before that authority. Petitioner seeks time to take appropriate steps in that regard. At this request, stand over to 4th September 2024.
