IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY
CIVIL APPELLATE JURISDICTION WRIT PETITION NO. 887 OF 2024 Office Notes, Office Memoranda of Coram, appearance, Court's orders or directions and Court's or Judge's orders Registrar's orders Ld. Advocate Afsar Ansari i/b. Shambhu M. Jha, Advocate for the Petitioner is present.
Ld. Advocate Manish Kelkar, Advocate is present. CORAM : H. M. BHOSALE REGISTRAR (JUDL-I) Date : 10/12/2024 Ld. Advocate Manish Kelkar, Advocate is present.
He submits that inadvertently, vaklatnama is filed in Writ Petition No. 887 of 2024 on behalf of Respondent No. 4. He further submits that there is no Respondent No. 4 in the said Writ Petition. Therefore, necessary directions may be issued to office to remove his appearance on behalf of Respondent No.4 from the aforesaid Writ Petition.
In the light of above submissions, I have examined the Petition. There are only three Respondents in the aforesaid Writ Petition. They are represented by the Advocates. There is no Respondent No. 4 by name 'State Wetland Authority'. Therefore, it is apparent that vakalatnama is wrongly filed by learned Advocate on behalf of the Respondent No. 4.
In turn, Ld. Advocate Mr. Manish Kelkar is permitted to withdraw his vakalatnama from the present petition.
Office is directed to take appropriate entry in the CIS and remove appearance of Mr. Manish Kelkar, Advocate for the Respondent No. 4 from the present petition.
Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner is directed to remove office objections within two weeks (excluding Christmas Vacation). On failure, appropriate order will be passed.
