This Writ Petition is called out on request made by Mr. Chavan at the time of rising of the Court.

He would submit that despite the learned Appellate Court directing both the parties to maintain status quo for period of four weeks, the Respondents are severely prejudiced in view of the fact that there are two concurrent orders below Exhibit-5 passed by the Trial Court and confirmed by Appellate Court in favour of Respondents who are Project Affected Persons.

He would therefore seek immediate hearing in view of the

79.WP.899.2024.doc order dated 09.01.2024 passed by this Court to continue with the order of status quo.

Copy of this order shall be served by Mr. Chavan on Respondents.

Respondents are directed to take cognizance of the order and remain present on the next adjourned date. It is clarified that this Writ Petition shall be disposed of at the stage of admission itself on the next adjourned date.
