Heard Mr. Bobade, learned Advocate for Petitioners; Mr. Waghmode, learned Advocate for Respondent No.1 and Mr. Rayrikar, learned AGP for Respondent No.6 - State.

Today, Advocate for private Respondent is not present when the matter is called out. Mr. Bobade has taken me through the previous order passed by this Court. It is prima facie observed that despite the Order under Section 32G of the Maharashtra Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1948 (for short 'the said Act') and Section 32M Certificate being granted by the Competent Authority in favour of the Petitioners, Private Respondents initiated review proceedings in respect

14.WP.930.24.doc of the subject land and have sold the said land to Respondent No.1. 3.

Learned holding Advocate informs the Court that today Mr. Dandekar is in personal difficulty and requests that the matter to be kept back. The matter cannot be kept back since in afternoon session the Court will have to take up 'Prioritised Matters' Board alongwith 'Final Hearing' Board.

In that view of the matter, the matter is kept after two weeks.

In the meanwhile, Mr. Bobade, learned Advocate for Petitioners is directed to take steps to serve Respondent Nos.3 and 4 and file appropriate Affidavit of service.
