Learned Counsel for the parties submit that all disputes and differences between them stand fully and finally settled. Towards this end, they have executed Consent Terms dated December 3, 2025, a copy of which is tendered in the Court and is marked "X" for by AARTI GAJANAN PALKAR Date:

The cheques referred to in Paragraph 9 of the Consent Terms have been handed over to the Learned Counsel for the Petitioners in Court today, subject to verification. Receipts of these cheques also stand recorded. The Petitioners and their authorized representatives are present in Court and their appearance has been recorded. 3.
Learned Counsel for the parties submit that there is nothing in these Consent Terms that is contrary in law. Consequently, undertakings contained in the Consent Terms are accepted as undertakings given to Court.

In these circumstances, this Petition is finally disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms dated December 3, 2025. 5.
In view of disposal of Writ Petition, nothing survives in the Interim Application therein and the same is also disposed of accordingly.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
