The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that pursuant to TRUPTI SADANAND BAMNE the seniority list, after filing the petition, promotions have been TRUPTI SADANAND BAMNE Date: 2024.02.01 12:47:21 +0530 effected. The learned Counsel, on instructions, states that it is not necessary to join those persons who are promoted as party Respondents as by the relief sought for by the Petitioner, they would not be so effected, as even if the Petitioner is granted relief, the Petitioner will be placed below those persons who are already promoted in the seniority list.
