[ THROUGH HYBRID HEARING ] P.C. :

The only prayer made in the writ petition is to decide the appeal, filed under Section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966, that has been preferred by the petitioner.

Pursuant to the last order, the learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the proceedings filed by the petitioner have been registered. She however submits that particular time within which the appeal can be decided has not been indicated.

In the facts of the case, it is directed that Appeal No.2622/255/CaseNo.12/J-3 pending before the State Government be decided within a period of four months of receiving copy of this order. It is clarified that all points on merits are kept open. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of.
