Learned counsel for petitioner submits that even before imposing minor penalty, issuance of notice to the petitioner is contemplated by Maharashtra Zilla Parishad Discipline and Appeal Rules. It is his submission that no notice was issued. 3.
In view of this submission, it is necessary that Zilla Parishad produces the relevant record in which the impugned order came to be passed. Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad to produce record before this Court for perusal. Since none has appeared on behalf of Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad, Registry to intimate this order to CEO, Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad. File be produced before this Court on or before the next date of hearing.
