The prayer put forth by the Petitioner was as against the suspension order dated 30th November, 2022.

On instructions, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner informs us that the Management has revoked the suspension order and the Petitioner has been reinstated in service, subject to the outcome of the departmental enquiry. The learned Advocate further submits, on instructions taken from the Petitioner this morning, that though the departmental enquiry has commenced, the same is

In view of the above, we requested the learned Advocate, who is the panel Counsel for Solapur Zilla Parishad, who is present in the Court hall, to assist the Court. 4.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with a direction to the Zilla Parishad, Solapur that it shall ensure that the departmental enquiry is completed within the timeline prescribed by law and not later than four months from today. 5.

The Petitioner will render wholehearted cooperation in the departmental enquiry. In the event, the Zilla Parishad falls short of time to complete the departmental enquiry, it would be at liberty to move a Civil Application for seeking extension of time. (ASHWIN D. BHOBE, J.) (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.)
