Advocate for the Petitioners is seeking amendment to the Writ Petition. He has tendered the draft amendment in the form of "A", "B", and "C".

As far as amendment "A" is concerned, he is seeking to add the Competent Authority Rent Control Act, as a party to this Petition. According to me, the Authority who had passed the 1/2

19-wp1169-24.doc order while disposing of the application of the Respondent, did not party in the present Writ Petition. Therefore, as far as amendment "A" is concerned, the same is rejected. 3.

As far as amendment "B" is concerned, which is amending paragraph 12 of the Writ Petition, and amendment "C" is concerned, which is seeking an amendment to paragraph 13 of the Writ Petition, advocate appearing for the Respondent submits that the said amendment can be carried out without prejudice to the rights and contentions of her client. All questions of law can be argued at the time of hearing of the Writ Petition.

The amendment as proposed in draft amendment "B" and "C" are hereby allowed. All contentions of the parties are kept open. The amendment to be carried out within one week from today.
