This petition essentially seeks direction to the respondent authorities to forward the petitioner's application for making a reference under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 in respect of the compensation award under Section 11 dated 15th January, 2009.

Learned AGP appearing on behalf of the State states that there shall be no objection for issuance of such directions. The reference shall be made within a period of two weeks from today. 3.

Accordingly the petition is disposed of in terms of prayer 05 September, 2024 Aarti Palkar

1.WP.1205.2024.doc clause (a), which reads thus :- "(a) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, direction or order, directing the Respondent Authorities to forthwith forward the Petitioner's said Section 18 Reference Application dt.25-022009 (A copy is annexed hereto & marked as Exhibit-A) to the Reference Court in accordance with law within a particular time limit;"
