The learned Advocate for the Petitioner relies upon two orders dated 21st December, 2022, delivered in Writ Petition No.12937 of 2022 and 15th April, 2024, delivered in Writ Petition No.3681 of 2024 and group of matters, passed at the Aurangabad Bench [to which one of us is a party (Ravindra V. Ghuge, J.)]. 2.
In view of the same, issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 29th April, 2025. The learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent No.1.
