The learned Senior Advocate for the Petitioners- Management states that for the Management aggrieved by the decision of the Grievance Committee and that the concerned statute does not provide for any appeal to the Tribunal. According to the Petitioners, what is directed by the Grievance Committee in the impugned order is already complied with.

Prima facie, we are of the opinion that appropriate course of action would be permit the Petitioners to approach the Grievance Committee for clarification/ further orders on the above premise.

The Petitioners will give notice to the Respondents and file affidavit of service.
