Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. The petition questions the judgment of the learned M.R.T. dated 2.9.2022 by which while allowing the revision challenging the order of the S.D.O. condoning the delay the matter has been remanded back. It is contended by the counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was already having sale certificate under section 32(o) of Tenancy Act and the same was cancelled without notice by the order dated 4.1.2001.
