Heard Mr. Kurle, learned Advocate for Petitioner and Mr. Dubey, learned Advocate for Respondent.

At the outset, Mr. Dubey would point out that in order dated 07.02.2024 in the last line of paragraph No.6 the words "............. in the pending Marriage Petition before the Trial Court." be replaced with the words ".......... in the pending Writ Petition before this Court." 3.

Necessary corrections be carried out in the original order dated 07.02.2024 and corrected order be uploaded afresh. 4.

I have interacted with the parties in Chamber independently as also in the presence of their respective Advocates. This is a case where reconciliation is certainly possible and I have impressed upon both the learned Advocates to persuade their respective clients for reconciliation in the interest of not only both parties but also their 8

Mr. Kurle as well as Mr. Dubey are directed to attempt their best and accordingly inform the Court on the next adjourned date. 6.

Time is one of the best healing factor and in that view of the matter, considering the facts of the present case, present Writ Petition is kept in the Chamber after four weeks at 04:30 p.m. to enable parties to reconcile their dispute.

In the meanwhile by consent of both the learned Advocates, it is directed that proceedings before the learned Trial Court shall be deferred for a further period of four weeks from today to enable the parties to attempt a reconciliation. Copy of this order shall be placed before the learned Trial Court.

Petitioner is also directed by this Court to comply with the previous order and wipe out the arrears amount and ensure that from this month onwards the amount of Rs.12,000/- per month which is directed to be paid as an interim arrangement shall be paid regularly by him on the first of every month to the Respondent - wife unfailingly and without any reminder.
