Heard Mr. Acharya, learned Advocate for Petitioner and Mr. Dubey, learned Advocate for Respondent.

Today it is informed to the Court that parties have interacted with each other after the last hearing and have exchanged terms and conditions but there are certain issues which are yet to be resolved. Both the learned Advocates have informed me the progress of the meeting held between the parties today. In view of them informing the Court about the attempt for reconciliation, this Court is of the opinion that further time for two weeks be granted to them as and by way of a final opportunity to consider reconciliation. In particular, Mr. Acharya is further directed by this Court to impress upon the Petitioner

1. CIVIL WP-1471-2024.docx to ensure that all outstanding amounts are paid over to the Respondent on or before the next date without fail. 3.

Today, one cheque bearing No. 66 dated 14.03.2024 drawn on HDFC Bank for Rs. 1,60,000/- is handed over by Mr. Acharya to Mr. Dubey, learned Advocate for Respondent before me. It is paid towards the outstanding amount. It shall be ensured by Petitioner that instructions under the Pay Positive System shall be provided by him to his banker in advance so as to ensure that the cheque does not get dishonoured. Mr. Acharya ensures the Court that he will inform the Petitioner about the same.
