At the outset, Ms. Parasnis, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner would submit that as the present petition pertains to disqualification of Petitioners and by an interim order, election of the Society have been stayed and the appointment of Administrator is beyond the period of six months, which is also challenged before the Minister, the Petitioners, who are present in Court, are agreeable if the orders are quashed and set aside and the fresh elections are conducted in which the Petitioners may also be permitted to participate. 2.
