In the above matter, we have passed an order on 6th February, 2024, granting interim relief in terms of prayer clause (d). 2.

In a nutshell, by the said order, we had stayed the Insolvency Petition filed by the 2nd Respondent before the Debt Recovery Tribunal. We find that the matter is wrongly shown on board today for passing orders. The service is yet to be effected on the contesting Respondents. 3.
