Mr. Anturkar draws my attention to the order dated 19.03.2024 and would submit that the observations made in paragraph No.6 thereof that this Court was inclined to relegate the matter to the learned Trial Court for expeditious and time bound hearing should not be construed as if this Court has given its imprimatur and finding against the Petitioners.
