This Court by order dated 22/03/2024 has clearly indicated that if the respondents remain absent despite service on the next adjourned date, this writ petition shall be heard and disposed of at the stage of admission in the absence of the respondents. The petitioners are permitted to inform respondents no. 1 and 2 the next date of hearing by the advocate's notice. If despite intimation, respondents No.1 and 2 do not appear, this Court will finally hear the petitioners and pass appropriate orders. 2.
