This petition challenges the order permitting the respondent to amend the marriage petition filed for seeking dissolution of marriage. By the impugned order, respondent is permitted only to amend the petition.

Hence, I am not inclined to invoke the jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to interfere with the interlocutory order. It is always open for the petitioner to challenge the interlocutory order at the time of challenging final decree, if it is against the petitioner. 1/2
