This is a motion for speaking to the minutes of the Judgment dated 12th February, 2025.

Following are the corrections, which are sought :- (a) Time to bring the legal heirs on record of the two deceased Petitioners, namely, Vijay Nivrutti Kothule and Anil Lahanu Patil, be extended by one week.

Time is extended upto 15th March, 2025.

(b) In Paragraph No.5 of the Judgment, the date mentioned in the order of the Industrial Court quoted in the reproduced Paragraph No.3 at line No.5, is wrongly typed as '31.132008'. The same needs to be corrected as '31.03.2008'. (c) In Paragraph No.14 in the chart reproduced, the date of the retirement of the Petitioner at Serial No.3, was wrongly quoted by the Petitioner as '30.10.2025'. The same should read as '31.10.2026'. The correction be carried out. (d) In the same Paragraph No.14 of the order, the name of one Petitioner namely 'Laxuman Vasant Chavan', has inadvertently not been supplied to the Court. The details of the said candidate be entered at 'Serial No.37', as under :- WP/ 1586/ Laxuman 01.03.
