Similarly, Mr Sharma appears for Respondent No. 7. The 7th Respondent is directed to file a reply on action taken if any, on the Petitioners complaints regarding alleged illegal construction put up by Respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

Mr Khandekar appears for 4th Respondent. Even the 4th Respondent is directed to file his affidavit explaining the action taken if any on the Petitioners complaints. The affidavits must be filed and served by 9 October 2024.
