According to the petitioner, section 140 of the Motor Vehicle Act has been deleted with the effect from 1 April 2022. The

5-wp-1828-2024 with connected.doc accident occurred on 9 April 2022. The claim petition is filed in September 2022.

Hence, till next date, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c).
