The learned Senior Advocate for the Respondent - Management states that the impugned order passed on 12 February 2024 by the Division Bench of this Court, Bench at Aurangabad
Trupti 5 3-wp-16776-2023.doc placing an embargo for not making appointments is construed as travelling beyond the interest of the Petitioners. The learned Senior Advocate submits that while securing the claim of the Petitioners, interim order be modified. The learned Senior Advocate submits that Respondent-Management be permitted to carry on the process of filling up other posts, and the Petitioners can raise objections and also raise an issue of seniority if such course of action is adopted. The learned Senior Advocate for the Respondent -Management states that additional affidavit will be filed placing details on record in respect of suggestions of the Respondent -Management. 3.
