Learned AGP submits that the impugned order has been passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer ("SDO") but SDO by its very definition in the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 is a person who is an Assistant Collector or Deputy Collector. She has instructions to submit that the author of the impugned order is the Deputy Collector of Junnar-Ambegaon, Sub-Division Manchar.

Let the precise factual position be confirmed on oath by a November 18 2025 Shraddha

7-WP-1848-2024.doc responsible officer by filing an affidavit in reply to this Petition. Let such affidavit be filed no later than December 2, 2025. Stand over to December 3, 2025.
