A request is made on behalf of the Advocate appearing for the Husband in Writ Petition No. 6611 of 2023 that the arguing counsel, appearing on his behalf, is busy before the Nagpur Bench. Therefore, she is not available today to argue the matter. 3.

It is informed that as per the interim order, maintenance is regularly paid to the Respondent Wife. Learned Advocate appearing for the Respondent Wife does not dispute this fact. 4.
