Mr. Rajesh Khobragade, appearing on behalf of Respondents has informed this Court that he has been engaged to appear in this matter only today morning, since the earlier Advocate Mr. Ramawadh Pandey, has been suspended by the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa. In view of the above suspension order, Mr. Rajesh Khobragade is unable to obtain 'No objection Certificate' from Mr. Ramawadh Pandey, for filing his Vakalatnama which he intends to file. This fact was brought to the notice of this Court, post hearing of the matter 3.

Since this Court has already heard this matter learned counsel for Respondent is directed to file his Vakalatnama today itself. (AARTI SATHE, J.) Mane
