The present Writ Petition has filed by the husband challenging the impugned Order dated 25 January 2023, passed by the Family Court, Thane. By the impugned order the Family Court had directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.90,000/- per month to the respondent, wife.

In order to show his bona fide the petitioner is directed to deposit 50% of the outstanding amount as of today within a period of four weeks from today.

3.

If the said amount of Rs.90,000/- is deposited within a period of four weeks no coercive step should be taken against the petitioner till the next date of the hearing. 4.

Stand over to 21 March, 2024.
