Heard Mr. Goyal, who is appearing in person to challenge the twin rejection orders under Exhibit-5 dated 22.08.2017 and 04.05.2023 by the learned Trial Court and the learned Appellate Court in Miscellaneous Civil Appeal proceedings.

The facts in the present case are extremely shocking to the core. The Plaintiff is an Advocate practicing in this Court. I have impressed upon Mr. Goyal to take advice from his Advocate friends at the bar in view of the seriousness of the challenge maintained to the twin orders involved in the present case and the fresh suit proceedings filed by him to challenge execution proceedings and the decree of the Trial Court in a previous Suit which has been upheld by the Supreme Court, more specifically with respect to prayer clause (b).
