One of the contentions raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that while accepting the petitioner's resignation from the post of "Police Patil" on 28th April 2022, the guidelines prescribed under the Government Resolution dated 2nd December 1997 in the matter of acceptance of voluntary resignation had not been followed. Though this ground was raised before the Tribunal, the same has not been considered. 2.

It would be necessary for the respondents to indicate as to whether the requirements of the Government Resolution dated 2nd December 1997 were complied with before accepting the petitioner's resignation. As a last chance, time of four weeks is granted to respondent nos.2 and 3 to file an 1/2 Digitally signed by SNEHA ABHAY DIXIT Date:

affidavit in this regard. A copy of the relevant record in the matter of petitioner's resignation shall also be produced for perusal. 3.
