Heard Mr. Parmar, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.
On instructions, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition.

It is submitted that after filing of this petition, certain developments have taken place, including the fact that possession of the subject land has been handed over to a third party. It is submitted that, therefore, the petitioner desires to file a fresh writ petition to incorporate further challenges and to seek appropriate directions against the respondents herein.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh writ petition.
