The Petitioners have approached this Court for a direction to the State Government for extension of grant to the RespondentManagement. The Respondent-Management has not filed any petition.

The learned counsel for the Petitioners states that there are internal disputes in Respondent-Management. That may be so, but the liability of the Respondent-Management to pay salary to the Petitioners as per the prevalent Rules is not lost, being the primary employer.

Issue notice to Respondent Nos. 5 and 6, returnable on 2 September 2024.
