At the outset counsel for the Respondent makes statement that, the Tahasildar passed order dated 23rd July 2024 pursuant to the order passed by the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal of remanding the proceedings to the said authority. It is his submission, in view of this order, the Petition has become infractuous.

The learned for the Petitioner opposed the said statement by pointing out that, if the order dated 23rd July 2024 N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2
12-WP-2253-24.doc is accepted to be order of the remand, then the Petitioner is within his right to challenge the same and within the consequences would follow.

The learned counsel for the Respondent seeks time to take instructions with regard as to whether the order at page No.51 is the complete order or is operative part of the order to enable him to take instructions, time is granted. 4.
