By the impugned order, the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal has issued direction against the petitioners for initiation of disciplinary proceeding for exercise of quasi-judicial power. Hence, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b) to the extent of Clause (b) of the impugned order.
