According to the petitioner, she was not the member of cooperative housing society for the relevant period of maintenance i.e. from April 2014 till March 2018.

On perusal of the impugned order, it appears that despite such plea having been raised before the revisional authority it has not been dealt.

Hence, issue notice to respondent No.4, returnable on 11 June 2024.

Till, 11 June 2024, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b).
