Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The Petitioner had approached the Labour Court, Nashik. The complaint was allowed by order dated 20 November 2006 and the Respondent- Municipal Council was restrained from terminating or discharging the services of the Petitioner till an order is passed by the State Government on the proposal submitted on 7 September 2006. 2.

The only direction that we are inclined to issue is that the State Government will take a decision on the proposals submitted by the Municipal Council on 7 September 2006 and thereafter, on its own merits. The decision be taken by the State Government subject to earlier time bound commitments and pressing public duties, within a Husen 1

Writ petition is disposed of.
