The learned Addl. Government Pleaders, under instructions, state that all these Petitioners are blood relatives from the paternal side and the order passed by this Court on 5th December, 2024 in Writ Petition No. 3319 of 2023 with Interim Application No. 14735 of 2024 & Interim Application No. 14737 of 2024 (Yash s/o. Kalidas Pawar & Anr. v/s. The State of Maharashtra & Ors.) with Writ Petition No. 3314 of 2023 (Ashok s/o. Laxman Pawar v/s. The State of Maharashtra & Ors.) and Writ Petition No. 3316 of 2023 (Monali d/o. Ashok Pawar v/s. State of Maharashtra & Ors.), be made applicable to all these Petitioners. 2.

In view of the above statement made by the learned Addl. GPs in the presence of instructing law officer from the concerned Committee, all these Writ Petitions are allowed.
