It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that the Circle Officer, Satara having issued a notice on 22nd January 2021 in the matter of taking over possession of the mortgaged property there was no justification for requiring the bank to submit a fresh proposal in that regard.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 15th March 2024. The learned Additional Government Pleader waives notice for Respondent Nos.5 to 9. Other respondents be served by all permissible modes.
