Learned A.G.P. seeks time to take instructions from the Circle Officer, who has issued a notice on 22.01.2021 in the matter of taking over possession of the mortgaged property. This Court has already recorded the submission of the Petitioners by order dated 23.02.2024 that there was no justification for requiring the bank to submit a fresh proposal in that regard. 2.

Learned A.G.P. to inform this Court the status and the progress made by the Circle Officer in taking over possession in terms of the notice dated 22.01.2021.
