Learned AGP submits that in compliance of the order dated 2nd January 2019 the Tahsildar, Satara has assured that the possession will be handed over on or before 17th September 2025.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners assures that the Petitioners will pay the necessary charges for seeking police protection. The In-charge of the concerned Police Station to co-operate.
