The Petitioners are stated to be ex-employees of M/s. Navinon India Ltd who faced liquidation proceedings and the land which was on leasehold basis has been resumed by Respondent No.3 CIDCO. The Petitioners are seeking a direction to transfer the residential premises situated on this land by CIDCO to them. 3.

The learned counsel for the Petitioners states that in cases of Sneha Chavan

2 12-WP-2502-2024.doc other companies, this has been done. However, since the Writ of Mandamus is sought, it would be necessary to demonstrate as to under which policy/regularisation the Respondent-CIDCO had allotted the plots to other entities as contended. 4.
