According to the petitioner, the petitioner and respondent No.2 are class-II heirs. However, based on agreement to sell executed in favour of respondent No.2, the Registrar has directed his name to be entered in membership register and to enroll him as member.

Hence, till 2nd April 2024, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c).
