Prima facie it appears that the documents sought to be produced by issuing witness summons was necessary to discharge the burden on the employer to show that the workers were gainfully employed somewhere else after their termination. 3.

Hence, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b) till 25 April 2024.
