1) Heard, Mr. Dhakephalkar the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr. Joshi the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent. 2) After arguing the Petition for some time, Mr. Dhakephalkar, on telephonic instructions given to him by Petitioner, submits that the Petitioner is willing to vacate the suit premises within a period of nine months. 3) Mr. Joshi, after taking instructions from his clients, is agreeable to this arrangement.

4) In that view of the matter, nothing would survive in the present Petition. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. ___Page No.
