This Writ Petition filed by the Petitioner (Husband) challenging the order dated 13 September 2023 passed by the Family Court, Sangli. By the said impugned order, the Family Court, Sangli had granted interim maintenance to the Wife at the rate of Rs.20,000/- per month from the date of the application i.e. 19 November 2019.

In order to show his bona-fide, the Petitioner (Husband) is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- in the 1/2

8-wp2684-24.doc Family Court, Sangli within a period of four weeks from today. If the said deposit is made within 4 weeks, issue notice to the Respondent, returnable on 5 April 2024. Apart from the Court notice, the Petitioner (Husband) is permitted to serve the Respondent by advocate's private notice by all permissible modes of service and file affidavit of service before the returnable date.
