Mr. Kandarkar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to financial difficulties the petitioner husband cannot be complied with the direction given by this Court dated 1 March 2024. Therefore, he seeks two weeks time to comply with the direction given by this Court on 1 March 2024. 3.

As a matter of last chance, two weeks time is granted to comply with the direction given by this Court on 1 March 2024. 4.

Returnable date is further extended by four weeks i.e., 29 April 2024.
