Till next date, ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b) on the condition that, the Petitioner pays in the account of the Respondent No.1 an amount of Rs.10,000/- per month to be paid on or before 10th day of each succeeding month. First such payment be made on or before 10th May 2025.
