Considering the prayers it would be the Society which would be aggrieved and the society needs to file an appropriate petition. 2.

Thus, keeping all contentions of the parties open, we dispose of the present Petition with liberty to the Co-operative Society to institute appropriate proceedings, as, in our view, the Petitioner in his individual capacity cannot be said to be aggrieved, notwithstanding that he is the Chairman of the Society, this Petition not having been filed in that capacity.
